Batoni Group began its journey in Bratislava in 2021. Today, our company is a network of restaurants in two capitals, Bratislava and Vienna. We do not aim to replicate ready-made templates; instead, we create living spaces where each concept has its own character, mood, and unique take on tradition.
In each of our venues, we create an atmosphere where the guest feels truly welcome. We do not simply follow recipes; we work with local products and reinterpret Georgian, Ukrainian, and European traditions with confidence and culinary freedom. For us, every dish should be honest and every service experience alive and human.
We believe a good restaurant is about more than what is on the plate. It is the music that sets the rhythm of the evening, a thoughtful interior, the right pace, and care that cannot be faked. We create places people return to for the feeling of comfort and for moments when time slows down for pleasure.
