Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by EDI777, s.r.o. (hereinafter "the Company"), operating under the brand Batoni Group, with registered office at Brečtanová 1/A, 831 01 Bratislava, Slovak Republic. By using our services — including restaurant reservations, event catering, and any other offerings — you agree to these terms in full.

2. Reservations

Restaurant table reservations are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Guests are requested to notify the restaurant at least 2 hours in advance if they are unable to attend. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted future booking access.

3. Events & Catering

Event and catering bookings require written confirmation from both parties. A deposit may be required to secure the booking. Cancellation policies and deposit conditions will be specified in the individual event agreement. The Company is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by force majeure events.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment terms for events and catering are set out in individual agreements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of EDI777, s.r.o. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

6. Liability

The Company makes every effort to ensure accuracy of information on this website but cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our website or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Privacy

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic.
